Hvem skal have en lei kode?

Alle juridiske enheder i Danmark, pånær enkeltmandsvirksomheder, skal have en LEI-kode hvis de ønsker at handle værdipapirer. Dette er er bl.a. jf. EU lovgivningen MiFID II.

Hvordan får jeg en lei kode?

Du bestiller en LEI kode hos enten en LOU eller en Registrerings Agent. Det sker ved du bekræfter noget stamdata omkring din juridiske enhed, betaler et oprettelsesgebyr (som gælder 1 år), derefter får du LEI koden kort tid herefter.
